Good idea in theory, but execution needs improvement. The volume wheel on my brand new (first time out of the box) stealth 700 gen 2 max doesn't work, and I can't adjust the volume in the app either. Adjusting main volume (not just the tonal mix or chat volume) seems essential for an EQ. Also, there NEEDS to be an option to turn down the "confirmation sound" it makes when a setting is changed. It's so loud it's unbearable to use any of the buttons or change EQ settings while wearing the headset.

Terrible. I hate that I have to control a headset with a mobile app that doesn't even save my preferences. I shouldn't have to be worried about whether or not the tones are going to blow out my eardrums when I turn the headset on. Especially when you already have an app on the computer to update the headset. why can't I control the tone volume and other stuff from there and have that save my preferences? It's just an awful design flaw.

app is as useful as a small third arm coming out of your foot. sure it may help for an obscure reason, but for the most part it doesn't really do anything and makes life frustrating to even do simple tasks. all in all Turtle Beach has failed . They failed not only with the app, but in all aspects. incorrectly marketed accessory compatibility and clunky , out dated .
